Check with CSI they may have some reconditioned or returned units. Otherwise search the web for used oil analysis equipment.

Yes CSI do have some used gear but at a high price as you can imagine.
I tried the web but amazingly could not find a thing, by chance using the very words you used and just about every combination of other words.
So here I am trying to make contact with actual users who have upgraded and have the old stuff still laying around the lab gathering dust.
