Viscositys Relationship to Heat

If a grease with a higher viscosity than what is called for is used in a spherical roller bearing with a 4 7/16 bore turning at 1785 rpm, would it create more heat and if so how much? The grease I am using is mineral oil and has a 320 cSt base oil. The bearings already operate in an area that has 120 degrees ambiant air temps and the bearing temperatures are from 180 to 200 degrees. I am not sure it is the best choice of grease. Thanks for the help.

find out the DN Value and viscosity required from SKF chart may be 320 is bit low just try with 460 cst and solid lubes
