Ok, we are getting there.
We know it's pillow block bearings operating at 200 degrees at 2500 RPM in dirty conditions.
Next string of questions.
What type of equipment are you lubricating?
What NGLI # are you looking for?
Does it have a centeral lubricantion system or is it hand lubricated?
Here's some grease recomendations that would work depending on your application.
Texas Refinery Corp. . Check out their Lithplex grease, has a 100 lb Timken OK and 500 degree F dropping point, this would probably be suitable depending on your exact application. Paragon 3000 (100 lb Timken OK, 630 degree F dropping point, ASTM D2266 4 Ball test 315kg weld point and .33mm scar diameter, 0.00% ASTM D1742 oil separation and excellent stability by penetration (ASTM D217-52T) of 282 at 60 strokes to 274 at 100,000 strokes (meaning it is a very stable grease). The Paragon 3000 grease is a real problem so**er.
If you have a central lubrication system you might want to check out their Millennium 2200.
