That is going to vary with temperature. Also, what do you mean by "saturation"? The point at which the oil will show a haze, or the point at which the hazy oil will start to drop free water?
At room temperature, most non-detergent oils will start to show some haze at around 100 ppm.

What I am trying to find out, is if manufacturers routinely give this information at a given temperature for their fluids.
For saturation I mean the point at which the fluid will hold no more water, and the system will have free water in it.

Sutch saturation point is only valid for new, unused oil. When used, it alters its capability to hold the moisture dissolved.
