Dear Nurudin

Here in Spain we have had using this Technology for several years in Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Turbines in Refineries, Chemical Plants, with excelent results.

The Purifier works on the principal of air stripping. The use of air or nitrogen bubbled through
contaminated liquids has long been used to remove contaminants. But the use of this technique was
restricted because the volume of gas required was large due to limited mixing of the gas with the
liquid. The unique technology embodied by the Purifier makes air/gas stripping practical and
efficient because of the mixing and intimate contact of the air/gas with the fluid being cleaned. In
addition, the Purifier utilizes the principal that the capacity of a gas to entrain moisture increases
exponentially with temperature. For example, with a 55-degree Celsius increase in temperature,
there is a 30-fold increase in the capacity of gas to hold moisture.

You can use the Purifier as dedicated equipment, or also like mobile purifier.

Best Regards,
A trickle of dry air in ther headspace is a good way to keep product dry, but it will take a long time if you have wet product that needs to dry. If you've got trucks waiting to load, it's going to cost you in demurrage or alternate sourcing.

It's a good way to preserve the quality of extremely water-sensitive products like transformer oils or hygroscopic products. An internal floating roof doesn't hurt either, but it's rare to see that sort of capital money spent unless the product in question is DOT flammable (PMCC FP <60C).

Of course, those are all large-scale product-storage examples where there is limited ability to circulate the product. I expect that the problems and opportunities in a smaller-scale on-site tank or operating reservoir are very different. My background is testing it, formulating it, making it and shipping it.

I'm still not getting a good visualization of this stripper from the explanations so far. Do you have a link?
