What type of filter patch should I use?

I am gathering the materials to start patch testing our natural gas engine oil samples and I don't know what type of filter disc to use. I orded a 25 mm funnel, but the Pall and Millipore websites have hundreds of filter types to choose from. What material and pore size would be good for my application?
