I’ve always been curious about this, and I wanted to get some opinions from others. A while ago, I adopted a dog from a shelter. His name is Max, and he's a mix of several breeds, so his behavior is a bit unpredictable. At first, I tried to train him using basic commands I found online, but it didn’t go as planned. He’s super smart, but some methods didn’t seem to click with him, and we struggled to bond. I then met a trainer who suggested using a more personalized approach, one that took into account his temperament and energy levels. It made a huge difference! Max started to respond better and, most importantly, our bond grew stronger. Now, I’m wondering why it’s so important to tailor training to each dog? Anyone else had a similar experience?
