Hello Comrades,
please is anyone using Avio 500 ICP - OES? Have you ever encountered an error message ( Toroid move to home error) after Ar gas shortage and subsequent fatal mode? Could you kindly share how to rectify this error? please note that Ar gas tank has been replenished and the Avio and desktop restarted.

Good Kabwena, did you succeed in the Toroid move to home error? I am experiencing the issue.
Unfortunately, you'll have to contact your supplier service engineer, if possible, they can assist you online via AnyDesk or TeamViewer App by starting the spectrometer from the service software inside the PerkinElmer folder in program files. This is how we were able to resolve our problem. The service software require password which your supplier service team should have. Thanks.
