FOMO has been my biggest problem as a trader. Living in the US, I constantly see news about market pumps, and I used to jump into trades just because I was afraid of missing out. I finally took the time to learn what is fomo in trading. The article explained why FOMO is so dangerous and how to control emotional trading. It made me realize I need to stick to my plan instead of chasing hype. Now, whenever I feel that urge to rush into a trade, I remind myself of the risks and make sure I have solid reasons before making a move.
