Demulsibility Improvement Additives

Dear all..

we conducted a test on one of our turbines that showed a poor demulsibility at 60 minutes we got the following value : [2,0,78].

My inquiry is, is there any available commercial chemicals to improve demulsibility characteristics in this turbine oil?

I do appreciate your effort and sharing the useful experience, this reply will help me a lot in this issue, we will have a planned SD after 5 months, and my boss asked for justification for the oil replacement decision..

I just dumped 450 gallons in a radiation environment for better results than that.

For those that don't know, that radiation part makes that change out a very big deal $$$$

I'd do it again.
