Hi. Yes, that's the problem. Cleaning your dryer vent is a regular preventative maintenance that helps avoid repair costs and extend the life of your unit. I used commercial dryer vent cleaning services at https://dryerventcleaningtoday.ca/commercial/ and they cleaned the vent quickly and efficiently. After that, the dryer works like new and the drying time is much faster. If you have this problem, I recommend not putting it off!
