Lately, I've been struggling with my sleep schedule—falling asleep late and waking up feeling exhausted. I've tried cutting down on screen time and drinking herbal tea before bed, but nothing seems to help. A friend recently mentioned melatonin supplements as a possible solution. Has anyone here tried them? Do they really make a difference, or is it just placebo?
