Before getting into the lubricants industry I was a truck mechanic and have lot's of experience with 3406E's in trucks. I hate to say it but it's next to near impossible to diagnosis online. You really need to get someone with a interface box and the factory Cat ET program to diagnosis it. There are numerous things that could cause problems and without being able to view the data stream it's darn near impossible to know where to start.
