I am a new engineer in the paper industry. This is an alignment of a Chesterton LD17 condensate pump turning at 3600 RPM. I calculated the thermal growth and it should stay in specks as it rises. I am concerned that the front end feet are lower than the back feet. Could this not being on the same plane cause premature failure even though the coupling alignment is still good?
