Lately, I’ve been waiting for a package from Europe, and it feels like it’s taking forever. The tracking info just shows it’s “in transit” with no clear updates. It’s frustrating because it’s a gift I need for a specific date. I once had a similar issue where a parcel was stuck at customs for weeks because of missing paperwork, but this time, everything seems in order. Does anyone know why international shipping can be so slow these days?

There are so many factors that can slow things down—customs, carrier delays, or even local holidays. What’s helped me in the past is using tracking tools to get a clearer picture of where the package is. For instance, I’ve been using track.global . It gives more details than some courier websites. By the way, one time my package was delayed simply because the sender forgot to fill out a proper declaration, so double-checking with the seller is always a good idea.
