Co-efficient of friction between nylon and steel

Hi...

Wanted to know what are the test methods and testing equipments available to test the frictional properties between metal (steel, copper etc.) and polymers (HDPE, Nylon etc).

If std test methods are not available, is there any method by which the same can be tested ?

With the new generation design engineers, a combination of metal and polymer is becoming common in component design and there ought to be some ways to check the effect of lubricant (other than simple compatibility tests) on these components.

Please reply / advise.
